Carta das Cidades Educadoras

Resumo

Apresenta a proposta definitiva da Carta das Cidades Educadoras, revista em novembro de 2004 no III Congresso Internacional em Genova, a fim de adaptar as suas abordagens aos novos desafios e necessidades sociais. Exprime o compromisso assumido pelas cidades que a subscrevem com todos os valores e princípios que nela se manifestam. Define-se como aberta à sua própria reforma e deverá ser adequada aos aspectos que a rápida evolução social exigirá no futuro.

Abstract

An outline of the definitive Charter of Educating Cities, revised in November 2004 at the VIII International Congress in Genoa, in order to adapt its approaches to new social needs and challenges. It expresses the commitment undertaken by the cities that subscribed to all of the values and principles manifested in the Charter. It is defined as open to self-reformation and must be adapted to the aspects that rapid social evolution will demand in the future.
