Resumo

O artigo apresenta o Programa Jovens Urbanos, especialmente duas das de suas perspectivas: a ação do jovem sobre si mesmo e a expansão de suas relações. Para isso, e a partir de uma base construída pelos trabalhos de Foucault e Deleuze, discute os elementos por meio dos quais o Programa busca fortalecer novos processos de singularização juvenil que escapem de axiomáticas do controle.

Abstract

This paper discusses the Urban Youth Program and two of its perspectives in particular: the young people's action regarding themselves and the expansion of their relations. This is done using a basis built on the work of Foucault and Deleuze, discussing the elements through which the Program seeks to strengthen new processes of youth singularization that are outside of the axioms of control.
